Inundated with brands from right across the nation, we can safely say we are spoilt for choice with incredible entrepreneurs and businesses that are changing the game.

THE OTHER STRAW
Derived from a simple, ethical and sustainable mission, the Other Straw symbolises and represents how we can live less wasteful lives. Founded by Jamie-Lee and Lennart, this couple set with a simple mission: a world without plastics. With plastic straws being one of the most collected items from beach clean-ups and taking over hundreds of years to completely break down. The Others Straw serves as a symbol of everything we in society can do in each day to try live a less wasteful life.
Their product has managed to keep over 43 million plastic straws out of the oceans since launching in 2018. Follow their journey through following them on Instagram and find how you too can help make an impact.
GO-TO SKINCARE
Founded by Melbourne local, Zoë Foster Blake, Go-To Skincare received numerous nominations (and resounding zoom-nods) from across our teams. Set out on a mission to un-complicate skincare, Blake founded the cruelty-free, worry-free and carbon neutral ‘Go-To Skincare’.
Not just skincare, Go-To are doing their bit for the world too! As a fast-growing e-commerce store, they limit their environmental impact by reducing, reusing and recycling packaging, and are also supporters of Reforest Now, a non-profit environmental NGO that protects, conserves, and regenerates forests. Furthering this, they passionately support equality and inclusion, are Officially credited by Choose Cruelty Free Limited, and make every effort to work with the right guys in an evolving industry to go palm oil free in support of the orangutangs.
There’s nothing we don’t love about supporting them. Oh, and they’re marketing is bang-on. Seriously, check them out.
CAKE MAIL
From our Sydney and Melbourne teams, they’ve been loving perking up the mailbox. Sending love from near and far thanks to the master bakers behind, ‘Cake Mail’. Delivered straight to your door, offering every flavour; it’s safe to say they’re Australia’s most extravagant and unconventional delivery. Even providing, with enough notice, the ‘selfie cake’ with a face of your choice printed across it.
FABLE FOOD CO
We couldn’t complete the list without a favourite among the foodies too! From our Chefs & Culinary creator, they nominated Fable Food Co!
In line with our Year Of The Veg campaign where our entire Group went vegetarian, our teams are continuing to make an effort to reduce meat consumption in our home lives too. Introducing Fable, real mushrooms, really meaty. Free of GMO, preservatives, and artificial ingredients, Fable supplies food with nothing to hide. LITTLE LON GIN
Heading down south, our Melbourne teams had a lot to say about Little Lon Gin (all positively boozy). Built in 1877, located in the heart of Melbourne, Little Lon Gin’s distillery is housed within the last remaining single-story house in the CBD. Supplying the spirit of Melbourne, now in a bottle through intimate gin tastings and masterclasses. Come for the gin. Stay for the stories.
