Drink Up!

Fun and flavour go hand in hand, and no celebration is complete without the perfect tipple. Mister Percy lives for the good times and the carefully curated wine selection by Luis Manzanares is an approachable and diverse list celebrating Mediterranean varietals by bespoke Australian and European producers, with many by the glass. If something shaken or stirred is more your flavour, our artisanal cocktail creations, curated by Group Creative Beverage Director Andrea Gauldi, are the essential ingredient for a memorable night!

Fare to Share

The saying goes that a problem shared is a problem halved. Well, we subscribe more to the philosophy that the best meals are shared with people we love. The Mister Percy menu is a selection of share-style dishes showcasing classic Mediterranean flavours and techniques, anchored by seasonal local produce that pair perfectly with a glass of your favourite drop.

When Two is Better Than One Chef

Mister Percy has collaborated with acclaimed Chef, Ian Curley, who has worked with Head Chef Axell Torres to create a coastal Mediterranean menu complementing the unique wine selection by Luis Manzanares, Mister Percy’s Venue Manager. Both Ian and Axell are award winning chefs that have honed their skills both abroad and at home.

Get Inside

Housed in a former historic wool store in the heart of Pyrmont, Mister Percy is inspired by the wool-classer and Australian gentleman who was not averse to a glass or three of red wine, Mister Ewart Percy. The intimate space is an eclectic homage that is at once old world and yet, completely contemporary. Mister Percy is charisma and quirk, opulence and warmth, all through a uniquely Australian palette.

What's On

More than just a touch

Indulge in the night, exploring your senses this Valentine’s day.
Bask in the aromas of a multi-sensory cocktail, tantalise your taste buds with a hand-crafted chef’s menu, and later reminisce the night with a take home hand cream, to electrify the sense of touch.

Who is Mister Percy?

Percy Ewart is the inspired character behind Mister Percy! Previously a wool classer at the original wool-store where the wine bar now resides, he made his mark (literally) by etching his name into the sandstone building. Home to the effortlessly stylish, the consummate professional and dangerously alluring, Mister Percy exudes charisma with a touch of quirk that is at the same time old world and completely contemporary at heart.
