The Australian-born Chef, Nicholas Philip, will be taking the lead of the culinary team as the Executive Chef at Street 32. Having lived in Bali for years and perfecting his craft at several luxury resorts in Bali, he is driven by locally-sourced products and spices. With a passion for the complex flavours of the East, he will be presenting a modern Pan Asian offering inspired by street food and comforting classics.
Nic has spent time in leading European restaurants under mentorship at the Michelin-starred Clove Club in London, and at acclaimed Restaurant Taller in Copenhagen. He was listed in Singapore’s The Peak Magazine as Top Young Chefs in 2017, and he was additionally listed in The Bali Bible’s Top 10 Chefs in Bali.
Driven through passion and innovation, Raviella Angela also known as Angie found herself being interested in the anatomy of spirits, cocktails, mocktails and any other flavourous beverages. Her marvellous talent and creative vision have then established her to lead the bar team at Street 32, presenting carefully crafted cocktails by using only the finest local organic ingredients. She has made several achievements in her career including Runner Up at Captain Morgan Competition in 2018 as well as Second Runner Up at The Master Bartending Championship in 2020. Don’t forget to give her a “Hello” when you see her at the bar as she loves interacting with people.
