Originally from Essex, United Kingdom, Executive Chef Ben Harrington brings 15 years of experience and a wealth of culinary knowledge and passion to Kuta’s favourite rooftop bar. He has worked in renowned restaurants and hotels, including Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant group, Soho House, Stratford Hotel in London and many more.
With his passion for Mediterranean-inspired cooking, Chef Ben creates and presents Mediterranean cuisine with a Balinese twist, combined with freshly-caught seafood, hand-picked organic veggies, and high-quality meat – all grilled over charcoal in our iconic open-fire kitchen.
