BEATS AND EATS, COURTESY OF ANDREW LEWIS
ZA ZA TA’s vibe is brought to you by the man himself, renowned music curator Andrew Lewis. Our playlists have been specifically created to transport guests to Israel’s unique and diverse groove scene and the vibrant nightlife of Tel Aviv.
With selections of Soul, Funk, Afro-Beat, Disco, and World Grooves playing all day every day, each meal period is unique but naturally develops in tempo and energy throughout the day. The venue reaches peak party with energetic live DJs spinning guests from day to night on Friday, Saturday nights, and Sunday brunch.

FEAST YOUR EYES, WITH A CURATED COLLECTION BY KAYLEIGH HEYDON
British based multidisciplinary artist, Kayleigh Heydon’s pieces can be spotted most distinctly in The Library of ZA ZA TA, and have all been chosen from her most recent ‘The Pleasure is All Mine’ 2019 exhibition; an array of abstract artworks that play to the theme of heightened social interaction. With rich hues and soft curvaceous forms, to compliment the jewel interiors, spirited energy oozes off each piece encompassing enigmatic moments, chatter and glasses clinking – all of which can be experienced at ZA ZA TA.
DRESSED TO IMPRESS, THANKS TO NATASHA GAN AND CLAUDIA SAURINE
Designers Claudia Saurine and Natasha Gan and their unique design style can be seen on the ZA ZA TA team wearing their bespoke pieces. The uniforms were designed to uniquely capture traditional Israeli fashion, whilst also complimenting the restaurant’s interiors, rich with Persian carpet, distinct ceramic tiling and hints of velvet.
Hand drawn and handmade, the collection has taken over 6 months to create from design to production with no expense spared. Intricately hand beaded detailing pays homage to traditional Israeli embroidery, and swathes of linen reflect both Tel Aviv and Brisbane’s temperate climates. Elegance and comfort were the top priorities when designing the collection, therefore top-quality linen, cotton, cotton poplin and rayon fujiette were utilized.
