  1. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid for stays between May 10, 2024, and June 10, 2024, at Ovolo Woolloomooloo, South Yarra, The Valley, and Nishi hotels (“Participating Hotels”).
  2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to guests staying at Participating Hotels during the Promotion Period.
  3. In-Room Hair Service Menu: Guests staying at Participating Hotels can enjoy a full-sized salon-quality hair care product from TRESemmé, delivered to their hotel room, during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.
  4. Complimentary Blow Dry: Guests staying at Ovolo Woolloomooloo from Friday, May 10, 2024, to Sunday, May 12, 2024, are eligible for a complimentary blow dry by TRESemmé stylists. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked in advance by emailing tresemme@ovolohotels.com with two preferred time slots.
  5. Booking and Availability: Blow dry appointments are available on the hour from Friday, May 10, 2024, 3-6pm; Saturday, May 11, 2024, 10am – 5pm; and Sunday, May 12, 2024, 9am – 12pm. Bookings are limited and subject to availability.
  6. General Terms:
    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
    • Ovolo Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Ovolo Hotels and TRESemmé reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates hotel policies or behaves in an inappropriate manner.
