There’s a reason dessert is the last course, and it just got a whole lot ‘suiter’. On Valentine’s Day, we introduced our most expensive dessert – Suite Dessert – across Australia, Bali and Hong Kong. Ordered to the table and garnished with a room key for two, slink upstairs to the privacy of your own room and take the night out into the morning after with a surprise and delight double serving of dessert for lovers to stay and (fore)play.

Alibi Bar & Kitchen  
Both curious and contemporary,100% plant-based Alibi Bar & Kitchen’s exclusive Suite Dessert of Valrhona Raspberry Dome with Chambord berries, cremeux and chocolate soil comes served with a sweet suite key to Ovolo Woolloomooloo set on Sydney’s idyllic harbourside for $269.

Mister Percy  
Friendly neighbourhood wine bar Mister Percy pours a sultry selection of thoughtfully handpicked wines, to pair perfectly with a wholly vegetarian produce-led menu from within the historic heart of Pyrmont. Setting the perfect candle-lit scene for two to indulge in a little (or a lot) of dessert, the proof really is in the pudding of Mister Percy’s exclusive Suite Dessert at $199 for two to indulge at Ovolo 1888 Darling Harbour. A Dark Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding with yoghurt sorbet, black olive and anise crumb, charged with aphrodisiacs of dark chocolate, raspberries, star anise, black olives, avocado and fennel seeds.

Monster Kitchen and Bar 
With conscious consumption at the forefront of Monster’s menu and an increasing popularity for people to feel good about what eat and order, Executive Chef Paul Wilson has left it up to you to decide which dessert you want to make ‘suiter’. Order Suite Dessert at Monster Kitchen and Bar from the ‘Love you and leave you…’ menu with options of Blueberry Cheesecake, Popcorn Parfait, Dark Chocolate Cake or Cheese selection before continuing the evening in-room at Ovolo Nishi in a Snug or Original Room (pending availability) for $199.  

Street 32  
Kuta, Bali’s vibrant two-level street-side, beachfront, Bar & Kitchen Street 32 just got one room bigger and a whole lot smokier with the addition of this Suite Dessert. For $150USD, diners can enjoy one of two delectably delicious Nitro Sundae options before ‘suitening’ the evening in-room at Mamaka by Ovolo. Choose between the vegan Coconut Dreaming Nitro Sundae (coconut gelato, dark chocolate fudge, coconut and pistachio brittle with coconut, vanilla and pandan leaf nitro foam) or the Nuts for Chocolate Nitro Sundae (salted caramel ice cream, peanut butter caramel fudge, chocolate peanut crumble with dark Balinese chocolate, coffee and condensed milk nitro foam).

Te Quiero Mucho 
Getting down to the root of fun and flavour, Te Quiero Mucho Central boasts a painstakingly playful Mexican inspired menu with an energetic atmosphere. Te Quiero Mucho continues this iconic offering from restaurant to room with Hong Kong’s most indulgent dessert – Suite Dessert. A Flan de los Enamorados made with goat cheese custard and topped with amaranth tuille and cherry coulis, served with a room key to Ovolo Central for $1,000+ HKD.  

Derived from the Sanskrit word “vid”, meaning “to know”, and well we know you. In keeping with our food philosophy of using noble products and treating them with passion and care, we bring you our Suite Dessert exclusive Ashwagandha Tiramisu featuring Ashwagandha cream, Amaretto sponge and coffee foam. Serving a classically comforting Veda vegetarian dessert, before retiring for the evening in-room at Ovolo Central for $1,000+ HKD.
