This Collection Notification Statement is issued by the Ovolo Hotels Group of Companies (collectively referred to as “Ovolo”, “OMG”, “Ovolo Hotels”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Collection Notification Statement), which includes the direct and indirect subsidiaries of Ovolo Group and covers information that we collect and use in the course of our business. When we mention “Ovolo”, “OMG”, “Ovolo Hotels”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we are referring to the relevant company in the Ovolo Hotels Group that processes your personal information. Your information may also be collected and used by Ovolo branded hotels.

Personal Information collected

We confirm that you recently provided us with the following personal information or we collected that information from a third party or external source which may include: Name; Address; Identification details as to proof of identity; Property details; Phone; Email; Organisation; Position; Employment details; Financial information.

You may also have provided us with other personal information, such as accounting or financial information, drivers licence, tax file number, passport, birth certificate, or other proof of identity documents and other sensitive information including medical information, detail of your ethnic origin, religious belief or other preferences (some of which may be collected inadvertently). We have not detailed that information here for security reasons.

Reasons for collection

In some cases, our collection of your personal information may be permitted/required by law. The main purpose for which we have collected your personal information includes one or more of the following:

Disposal of Information

We will dispose of, or destroy your information within a reasonable time of it no longer being required by us to undertake the provision of our services or advice and shall regularly review the information which we hold to consider whether it is no longer required.
