Terms and Conditions:

• Offer Eligibility: Only guests booking the V.I.Pooch package directly through ovolohotels.com qualify for this offer.
• Room Type Restriction: At Mamaka, the package is available only for the Summer Garden room category.
• Pet Allowance: The package includes amenities for one dog. A second dog may be added with prior approval and an additional nightly fee.
• Pet Conduct Rules: Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and supervised at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms or vehicles.
• Public Area Access: Dogs must be leashed in all public areas. Pets are not allowed in dining venues or leisure facilities except the designated poolside area at Mamaka.
• Facility Access: Amenities provided for pets, including beds, mats, bowls, and treats, are for in-room use only.
• Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and covering any damages or deep-cleaning fees incurred during the stay.
• Offer Limitations: Inclusions cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services. Availability of pet-friendly rooms is limited.
• Long-stay Requests: Extended stays with pets are subject to approval and may include additional conditions.
• Hotel Rights: The hotel may refuse accommodation if a pet causes repeated disturbances.
