Terms and Conditions:
All Ovolo and By Ovolo hotels offer dog-friendly accommodation. To maintain harmony, we ask our guests who bring their dogs to follow our terms and conditions so that everyone can have an amazing stay:
- All pup stays must be booked using the V.I.Pooch package available via our website or directly with the hotel. This enables us to appropriately allocate a suitable room and prepare for our VIP arrival.
- V.I.Pooch stays are limited to certain room types and availability varies per hotel.
- V.I.Pooch is not available at Ovolo Nishi.
- For Ovolo The Valley (Australia), the twin bed is not available for the V.I.Pooch offer.
- Our V.I.Pooch package automatically includes accommodation for 1 x fur-baby. We do accept a maximum of 2 x fur babies per room, however, this must be confirmed with the hotel prior to your arrival to assure the availability of a suitable room type. There is an additional charge for the extra pooch for Bali hotel IDR 100,000 – all rates quoted are per night.
- We accept pooches of all shapes and sizes, Ovolo welcomes all!
- Pooches are restricted from food service areas, in line with government regulations, however, all hotels offer a space for you to enjoy food and beverage with your pooch either in an outdoor space or outside of food service areas.
- Pooches are not permitted to enter leisure facilities including gyms and pool areas except in Mamaka Bali where they are permitted poolside.
- Your pooch must be house-trained and well-behaved. Should your pooch cause a disturbance to other guests you will be issued a warning. Continual disturbance will result in the cancellation of your accommodation reservation, without a refund.
- Pooches must be leashed when cruising in our public areas and never be left alone in your room.
- Pawrents must ensure that they are taking their pooch for regular bathroom breaks and assure that pooches are not left unattended in rooms or vehicles.
- If your fur-baby requires walkies or fur-babysitting, we recommend using Madpaws (AUS) pet sitting services or reach out to your hotel for alternatives.
- Pooches are not permitted to be left alone in the room, at any time.
- Additional poo-bags are always available from reception to ensure that we are keeping our local area free of pup debris.
- Any damage to the room and/or soiling will incur additional cleaning/replacement fees.
- Requests for long stays with pooches are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are to be directed to the hotel.
