Za Za Ta is set to spice up The Valley
This August, Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley will be gaining a culinary resident of a whole new flavour with the opening of Za Za Ta Bar & Kitchen, bringing the soulful vibe of Tel Aviv to Queensland. Tel Aviv, inspired celebrating fresh produce locally sourced Middle Eastern food with hints of Mediterranean.
Encounter the exotic at Za Za Ta Bar & Kitchen. A place where worlds and cultures collide amongst a sprawling, colonial backdrop and buzzing open kitchen. It’s going to be a vibey place to drop in for after work drinks and a few bites, or a long feast where you and your friends can relax, feeling as if you’re at home. It’ll be the spot to settle in for the night with friends, drink up, eat well and be entertained and swept away into a Middle Eastern oasis.
Israeli-born executive chef Roy Ner (ex-Nour and Aria, NSW) together with head chef Dario Manca (ex-Pilu at Freshwater, NSW) will be showcasing a playful, bold and approachable take on the flavours of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Dishes, dips and house made charcuterie which brings a distinctly modern twist to centuries-old flavours, designed to be shared and savoured amongst friends at brunch, lunch and dinner. For those who like party into the AM, a late-night menu be in full swing from 11pm serving ‘midnight street food’ style snacks inspired by the eclectic dining scene of Tel Aviv after dark.
