48 Hours in Hong Kong
Whether you want to explore the bustling streets, party on towering rooftops or relax on unspoiled beaches, Hong Kong has you covered.
A Day in the City
Brunchin’
Try some local cuisine with contemporary twists at Madame Fu or The Chinese Library, both of which offer delectable free-flow brunches within the fabulous 1880’s colonial building in Tai Kwun heritage compound.
Drinks with a View
After your cravings are satisfied, hit the al fresco French bar, Piqniq, or head to Sevva to relish in the contemporary decor and stunning 360-degree views of the island. Want to see the island from a ground level instead? You can take the Star Ferry across Victoria Harbour to revel in the beautiful skyline. While you’re on the other side, experience the vibrant neighbourhood of Jordan and enjoy the impressive collection of wines and cocktails on Terrible Baby’s spacious terrace.
Night Owls
Night owls can wander the cobbled streets of Soho and experience the array of lively bars whose official closing time is “open til’ late”. A favourite of ours is the enchanting Iron Fairies, a jazz and blues bar with impressive mixology and a mystical interior that transports you to a new world.
A Day in Nature
Escape to Paradise
Escape to the paradise of tranquil beaches and mountains that lay around the city. With powdery sand, crystal clear waters and quaint restaurants, the pristine beaches of Tai Long Wan offer a retreat like no other. Hike from Sai Wan Pavilion to enjoy picturesque views, a multi-tiered natural waterfall and swimming pool, then finish your day off relaxing on the unspoiled Ham Tim beach.
Re-energise
Afterwards, we advise heading to The Lawn Club at AIA Vitality Park for drinks, food and games with the city’s skyscrapers and glistening harbourfront as your backdrop.
