Internet booking platforms and websites frequently feature Ovolo Hotels without having a direct affiliation with Ovolo Hotels. As such, our Best Rate Guarantee is only applicable to rates shown on the below sites:

1. Your price match claim must be submitted via email/phone and must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled Hotel arrival. Claimants must provide clear screenshots of the competing websites showing the competing room rate, with the same hotel name, room type, and booking date before a claim procedure begins. Claims without necessary documentation as specified above will be classified as invalid.
2. If you book directly with us, on a publicly available rate, and our public rate with the same terms and conditions is reduced to a rate lower than what you originally booked, bring it to our attention 48 hours before your scheduled Hotel arrival and we’ll price match the rate also. And if you prepaid your accommodation, we’ll give you difference to spend at Ovolo. Price match claims against our own website must be made before your check-in.
3. For this policy, a competing website is defined as a website that is not Ovolo Official Website www.ovolohotels.com.
4. The following conditions must apply in comparison between Ovolo Group website and the competing website:
   • Same Hotel
   • Same Room Type
   • Same Period of Stay
   • Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
   • Same Cancellation and Amendment Policies
   • Rate displayed must be bookable at time of comparison with capacity to send instantaneous official hotel confirmation message to customer.
5. Both the original Ovolo Group online booking room rate and the competing price must be daily room rates only without any other inclusions such as packages, transportation, other services, etc. The Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable if the price difference is due to, but is not limited to, currency exchange rate fluctuations or rounding applied on the competing website.
6. Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available, viewable, and bookable on the internet at the time of verification. Ovolo Group reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot verify the availability of a competing price at the time it processes the claim.
7. Ovolo Group has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the competing price is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, Ovolo Group’s decision is final. The terms of Ovolo Best Rate Guarantee are subject to change or revocation at any time.
8. While instruction in other languages is available, the terms and conditions of Ovolo Best Rate Guarantee are based on the final English-language version of said rulings and are subject to change or revocation at any time.

Ovolo Group Best Rate Guarantee is not Applicable for the Following:

1. Any private, packaged or promotional rates available to the public.
2. Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Ovolo Group and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
3. Rates that are not available to the general public, which include but are not limited to:
   • Group, Government, Long Stay or any other specially negotiated rates
   • Any rates displayed on privately downloaded mobile or web apps.
   • Any rates available on opaque or auction websites.
   • Any rates requiring membership.
   • Any rate difference resulting from loyalty programs, private membership privilege, or rewards schemes.
   • Any organizations with exclusive rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public.
   • Rates offered on last minute or late check-in portals, apps or websites
   • Rates offered only through mobile platforms or mobile versions of online travel agent sites
   • Special Online Travel Agents reward program rates
