It’s our birthday and we’ll spoil you if we want to! As our shiny, happy Sydney hotels celebrate their first birthday this month we’ve decided to share the love by filling you in on all the birthday treats you can enjoy for free across Sydney.
Food & Booze

Nothing says happy birthday like a free pizza and the kind folks at Bondi Pizza give you just that if you’re a member of their ‘Inner Circle’. Famed for their thin press pizzas, Bondi Pizza are not just in Bondi. (Admit it, the name got you for a minute there!) Their Sydney locations include Bondi Junction, Brighton Le Sands, Eastgardens and soon Broadway (in Glebe) too. To claim your birthday pizza sign up here and you’ll get a voucher at 12pm on your b’day.
If you’d like to celebrate with something a bit meatier, Manly’s Ribs and Rumps will treat you to a $30 voucher on your birthday. Known for their BBQ glaze ribs, succulent rumps and legendary Chicken Parmy*, the $30 should cover your main so only your mates have to pay for their meal. #Winning.
*Translation: iconic Aussie dish consisting of breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce, ham, mozzarella and piles of parmesan.
Once you’ve chowed down on free meat and pizza every birthday boy/girl deserves a sweet treat. At the cheesecake shop they won’t give you a whole cake for free but members will get a $5 voucher to put towards a baked cheesecake, gateaux or mudcake of their choosing. You have to move fast for this one though as birthday vouchers are sent out 14 days before your birthday and if you sign up within the fortnight before your birthday you’ll have to wait a whole year for your voucher.
They’re a little more chilled at Cold Rock ice creamery. (Geddit?!). VIP members get a free ice cream on their birthday if they sign up within 8 days of the big day. You’ll also get a $10 ice cream cake voucher if you give them more than 35 days notice.

Can we get three cheers for free churros? If you’re a San Churro Socialite you’re rewarded with free churros that can be redeemed the day before, day of or the day after a Socialite’s actual birthday. Perfect for those who like to stretch the celebrations out.
And finally, you shouldn’t have to pay for your own booze on your birthday. Whilst some friendly Sydney bartenders may treat you if you ask nicely, you can be sure of a complimentary drink at Vapiano. This pizza/pasta/bar joint on King Street in the CBD offers complimentary house wine or draught beer by signing up for Vapiano’s Fanaticos club.
Sightseeing

If you want to enjoy a scenic day in Sydney for your birthday you’re in luck as we’ve uncovered some great sightseeing offers too.
