- Deposit Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival, full non-refundable payment is required
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-cancellable; however, amendments are permitted with more than 48hours notice subject to availability and applicable fees within stay date range.
- Booking period: 27 May – 30 June 2026
- Staying period: 27 May – 30 September 2026
- Minimum 2-night stay required. F&B credits applied by room type. Entry Level $50, Mid Tier $100, Suite $200.
- A surcharge of 1.5% for Visa/Mastercard and 3% for Amex applies for Ovolo Sydney, Laneways by Ovolo, Ovolo Canberra, Ovolo Melbourne, and Ovolo Brisbane.
- Ovolo Hotels and partners reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at their discretion
- Food & Beverage credit excludes Wonderbar minibar consumption at hotels, with exception of Laneways by Ovolo, Melbourne. Laneways by Ovolo may apply the credit to stays that coincide with Monday’s and Tuesday’s only.
