- Cancellations are free until 24 hours for Austrtalia, 48 hours for Hong Kong and 72 hours for Bali before arrival.Your credit card secures your booking; full payment is due at the hotel. After that, the first night’s charge applies. A surcharge of 1.5% for Visa/Mastercard and 3% for Amex applies for Ovolo hotels in Australia.
