Q: How many people can the room occupy?
A: 2 adults (and one child under 12 if sharing existing bedding)

A: Sofa beds or rollaways are available but subject to room type and availabilities. Charges apply.

Q: Do you have baby cots and what is the cost?
A: Yes and they are free of charge but are subject to availability.
Q: What time do you serve breakfast and kind of breakfast is served?
A: Breakfast is available Monday to Friday between 6:30am-10:30am; and Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays between 7am-10:30am. Ovolo Woolloomooloo offers a delicious continental breakfast. The hotel's restaurant, Alibi, also offers a tasty breakfast menu of breakfast classic, pressed juices, St. Remio Coffee and Rabbit Hole Organic Teas.

A: It is open 6am - 10pm daily.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Valet parking is available at our hotel at a guest rate of $95 per night. Simply stop your car outside our front entrance and our friendly concierge team at the hotel will be able to assist you upon arrival. Valet Parking is subject to availability.

A: We are about 850m from Kings Cross Station and 1.3km from St James Station. Both stations can take you to Central Station which is a hub for most Sydney city & suburban public transportation.

A: The hotel is located on Woolloomooloo Wharf, famous for its wide selection of high quality dining options awaiting your arrival. Also within a short stroll are Potts Point and Kings Cross, trendy hubs of all the must-go pubs and restaurants in Sydney.

Q: What is the best time to visit Sydney?
A: The best times to visit Sydney are typically March to May and September through November as these months are just outside of the high and low seasons, so temperatures are ideal and crowds are more manageable.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept credit card (VISA, Diners, Master, AMEX, JCB) and cash. For non-refundable booking we require the payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full amount once the booking is made. For all flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check in.
Q: What if I wish to pay by cash?
A: For non-refundable bookings a valid credit card must be used to pay at the time of booking. We will only hold the full amount from the card (not yet charged) until the guest settles the full rental upon check in by cash. For flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. 'The guest can settle the rental upon check in by cash, however a credit card must be used to pay for the deposit
Q: What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I make my booking?
A: A credit card must be provided as a guarantee for all bookings.
Q: Can I shorten the stay after check-in?
A: For non-refundable bookings we will charge the full amount even if the guest checks out early. We are unable to refund the remaining room rental. For flexible bookings the guest can advise our hotel by giving 24 hours in advance notice prior to 2:00pm to shorten the stay.
Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?
A: No, a credit card and valid photo ID MUST be produced at check-in, in the name of the guest and matching the booking.
Q: Can I book the room for a special event e.g. wedding / birthday party / photo shoot?
A: Yes. The guest is required to contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangement. Extra charges may apply.
