They are known for their wacky flavour combinations and equally innovative names such as the special edition “You Lychee, I Lychoo” (white chocolate and coconut gelato with coconut biscuits and lychee puree).

The most theatrical of the gelato makers, N2 uses liquid nitrogen is used to flash freeze gelato, right in front of you. Get your camera ready because not only does the steam coming out of the mixer bowls make for great Instrgram story footage, the results are Instagram-tastic, with their penchant for filling syringes with toppings that can be injected into the desert.
