The Mister Percy menu is a selection of share-style dishes showcasing classic Mediterranean flavours and techniques, anchored by seasonal local produce that pair perfectly with a glass of your favourite drop.

When Two is Better Than One Chef
Mister Percy has collaborated with acclaimed Chef, Ian Curley, who has worked with Head Chef Axell Torres to create a coastal Mediterranean menu complementing the unique wine selection by Luis Manzanares, Mister Percy’s Venue Manager. Both Ian and Axell are award winning chefs that have honed their skills both abroad and at home.

Housed in a former historic wool store in the heart of Pyrmont, Mister Percy is inspired by the wool-classer and Australian gentleman who was not averse to a glass or three of red wine, Mister Ewart Percy. The intimate space is an eclectic homage that is at once old world and yet, completely contemporary. Mister Percy is charisma and quirk, opulence and warmth, all through a uniquely Australian palette.
