Q: Do you offer flexible check-in / check-out times?
A: We try to meet all our guest requirements. Our flexible check-in / check-out times are subject to availability.
Q: Do you allow pets in the hotel?

Q: Do you have baby cots and what is the cost?
A: Yes and they are free of charge but are subject to availability and only can be accommodated in our Large Suite and I Loft rooms. To arrange, please let us know prior to your arrival.
Q: What time do you serve breakfast?
A: Breakfast is available Monday to Friday between 7am-10am, Saturday and Sunday between 7am-11am and Public Holidays between 8am-11am.
Q: Do you provide detergents in the self-laundry room?
A: Yup, free of charge :)
Q: Do you have parking?
A: We offer valet parking for $60 per night, and self-parking for $40 per night. Please note the maximum vehicle height is 2.4m for valet parking, and 1.8m for self-parking.
Q: Do you have rooms with twin beds?
A: Only queen or king beds, our Large Suites have 2x queen beds. We also have sofa beds available, subject to availability.

A: No balconies, however, some of the windows are operable for fresh air.

Q: Is the hotel accessible for everyone?
A: The Inchcolm by Ovolo is an accessible hotel. We have a non-permanent ramp for wheelchair access at the front door, ample corridor and elevator space, and an accessible Heritage Suite with a fold-down shower seat and handrail, as well as an accessible toilet in the public areas.

Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept credit card (VISA, Diners, Master, AMEX) cash and bank transfer. For non-refundable booking we require the payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full amount once the booking is made. For all flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check in.
Q: What if I wish to pay by cash?
A: For non-refundable bookings a valid credit card must be used to pay at the time of booking. Cash payment is not accepted for non-refundable bookings. For flexible bookings a credit card must be provided on arrival for the purpose of providing a pre authorisation. The total of the accommodation and a $100 deposit will be held until departure when the cash payment can be made.
Q: What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I make my booking?
A: If the guest is in Brisbane, they can come to the hotel reception directly to make the booking and settle the room rental in person. If the guest is overseas or interstate, then the credit card details are required. It can be the guest’s credit card or a 3rd party credit card (Credit card authorisation form is required to be filled in). We can hold the amount (not yet charged) then the guest can consider to settle the rental by overseas wire transfer. After the payment is received we can release the credit card amount back to the given credit card.
Q: Can I shorten the stay after check-in?
A: For non-refundable bookings we will charge the full amount even if the guest checks out early. We are unable to refund the remaining room rental. For flexible bookings the guest can advise our hotel by giving 24 hours in advance notice prior to 2:00pm to shorten the stay.
Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?
A: No, a credit card and valid photo ID MUST be produced at check-in, in the name of the guest and matching the booking.
Q: Can I book the room for a special event e.g. wedding / birthday party / photo shoot?
A: Yes. The guest is required to contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangement. Extra charges may apply.
