As another year draws to a close, it’s time to sit back, swipe through Insta and reflect on what a crazy year 2019 has been! From a picture of an egg becoming the most popular post on Instagram, to the bottle cap challenge and @ovolohotels hitting the 15.3k follower mark, one thing’s for sure – this year has been a wild ride! 1)Did we mention Ovolo was crowned Number 1 in TripAdvisor’s Travelers Choice awards? If you hadn’t already heard about it, you might have seen it on Insta because it was our top post of the year. We received a lot of love from our Ovolo family so we returned the love with our biggestgiveaway ever!
2) In true Ovolo style, we bent the rules with our NFW campaign. We like to think outside the box, don’t hold back and live life on the wild side because…eff the rules! We could tell you loved our new no-BS, free choice Ovolo experience because it was our second most loved post of 2019.
3) We pulled off a totally prank-worthy April Fool’s with the announcement of a new Ovolo property in Antarctica! You loved the idea of it, bringing it to our third fav post of 2019, so you never know what 2020 has in store for us…
4) We know how important your fur babies are so we listened and spread the puppy love with V.I.Pooch to ensure you and your best friend get pampered, doggy style! All dogs are welcome at our hotels and we love seeing you share pictures from your holiday with your fur baby!
5) We rounded out our Top 5 with a gorgeous pic from The Woolstore 1888 Darling Harbour. The vibrant colours and gorgeous interiors of our properties are always sure to get your fingers double tapping – especially when an awesome giveaway is included!
