Peter Pan

Walt Disney created Peter Pan, and he is still one of the most admired characters. The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up was created by a Scottish Writer – J.M. Barrie in 1902, so technically Peter Pan would have been 117 years old today. The premiere show of Peter Pan is creating buzz all around Asia as this marks their first performance in this side of the world.

Hong Kong Ballet’s artistic director, Septime Webre, worked for the most famous ballet organisations including American Repertory Ballet and the Washington Ballet. He is the man behind it all – his ability to bring the performance to life has left everyone speechless.

Let the countdown begin! Peter Pan will be on stage in Tsim Sha Tsui, so stop by at Ovolo Central for a few al fresco drinks before heading to the other side for the show. In addition, Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay have collaborated with Hong Kong Ballet to launch a series of interactive events for the premiere with workshops and a street parade. Get yourself ready for one of the largest premiers!
