Mamaka Hangs Ten with WSL PADROL Longboard Classic 

The Asian Surf Cooperative and urban resort Mamaka by Ovolo joined forces as the Official Accommodation Partner of the World Surf League PADROL Longboard Classic LQS event that took place at Bali’s best surfing beach—Kuta on 3-4 June 2023. 

Asia’s top men and women longboarders arrived to compete for the top spot in the Asian Region rankings, and Mamaka by Ovolo, with its prime beachfront location, was the perfect place to call home before, during, and after the event, just steps away from the surfing contest area on Kuta Beach. This year saw Natsumi Taoka and Rogelio Jr Esquievel claim the top positions of this popular surfing event in Bali.

We were privileged to support the World Surf League and this exciting surfing event that brought the best surfers to Bali’s best waves. The partnership focuses on adding real benefits to local and international surfing communities, including board riders’ clubs and young surfers.
