Ovolo Hotels has always put the needs of our guests as our top priority and we continue to uphold the absolute highest level of hygiene and cleanliness to ensure all our guests are healthy and safe.
We understand that in these uncertain and troubling times you may be experiencing stress given the changing information on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events.
Be comforted to know that Ovolo Hotels are keeping a very close eye on the rapidly developing situation and the below outlines our response to COVID-19, giving you peace of mind when booking your stay with us.

At Ovolo we say it’s none of our business what your reasons are. We believe our business is to bend over backwards to help our customers out.
So, what does that mean for you?
All Flexible bookings made via Direct channels (Phone, Email, Website & Front Desk) can be amended without charge. Prepaid rate or special rate are subject to the Original Term & Condition.
For any changes/amendments to existing bookings, rates may differ for future dates and those rates will apply.

How we’re keeping where you stay, clean:
All Ovolo Hotels use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:
Accommodation Rooms: Hotels use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Public Spaces: You may have seen our staff a little more than usual with spray in hand, as we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the front desk, lifts and lift buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
Back of House: In all those wonderful places you don’t get to see when you stay, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like our team member entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices. We’re also doing daily temperature checks on our team members to make sure they’re all healthy.
So, having said all of that – we look forward to having you stay with us soon. Our rooms are clean, our beds are comfy, and our team all have smiles on their faces and can’t wait to see you!
