Animus Distillery
Founded by four friends passionate about world-class spirits, Animus was born in a Fitzroy North garage in 2015. From this humble home distillery to a fully-fledged distillery in Kyneton, Central Victoria, Animus now produces small batches of high-quality hand-crafted gin, using botanicals grown on the property. These award-winning gins use the highest grade of 100% Australian grain spirit, triple filtered using a custom gravity-fed carbon filter system.
The distillery is also home to a charming cellar door and cocktail lounge — the ideal pit-stop while touring around the scenic Macedon Ranges.
