Q: How many people can the room occupy?
A: 2 adults (and one child / toddler if sharing existing bedding)

A: We try to meet all our guest requirements. Our flexible check-in / check-out times are subject to availability.

A: Yes we do. They are free of charge but are subject to availability. Let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

A: Breakfast is available between 7am-10:30 am, 365 days a year

A: All the time! It’s open 24/7
Q: Do you provide detergents in the self-laundry room?
A: When we open our laundry yes all detergents will be provided free of change.

A: Luxury hotel Ovolo Nishi in Canberra features 85 superbly appointed rooms with original artworks, restored 20th-century furniture, rain showers, super-comfy beds and plenty of perks.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: We offer our hotel car parking at $40 per night, subject to availability. Alternatively, guests can park at Wilson’s parking for $35 per night.

A: The hotel is located in the NewActon Precinct with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel is also located in the centre of Canberra, close to a variety of high quality dining options. Our team can make personalised recommendations based on your particular requirements.

Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept credit card (VISA, Diners, Master, AMEX, JCB) and cash. For non-refundable bookings we require the payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full amount once the booking is made. For all flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check-in.
Q: What if I wish to pay by cash?

Q: What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I make my booking?
A: Sorry, a debit or credit card must be provided as a guarantee for all bookings.
Q: Can I shorten the stay after check-in?
A: Yes, subject to the terms and conditions of the rate booked.
Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?
A: No, a credit card and valid photo ID MUST be produced at check-in, in the name of the guest and matching the booking.
Q: Can I book the room for a special event e.g. wedding / birthday party / photo shoot?
A: Yes. Contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangements. Extra charges may apply.
