Ovolo turn it on for Mardi Gras 2020, launching Gay-libi

Ovolo have gone balls to the wall transforming Alibi Bar at Ovolo Woolloomooloo to bring you Gay-libi, for one spicy night only. Pull up to this pre-Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade party on Friday 28 February and strut your way down the rainbow runway in support of fabulous individuality.

Enter a fiercely icy creation of all that glitters and is gold as a pair of Queens greet you as you enter to anthems from the greatest queens of all – Mariah, Tina, Liza, Madonna – picking up a virgin beverage as you step up in the Gay-libi party, with a live DJ and bubble machine to guide your way.

Our third and final victorious Queen awaits at the bar to make the final touch to your tame tipple, making it not so innocent compliments of Bacardi Limited. Let’s Have a Kiki mocktail, a fruity and flamboyant mix of dragon fruit syrup, yuzu juice reaches a whole new level with a greeting of Grey Goose to keep the party started.

With the usual amount of sass and ‘came here to slay’ cattitude cut straight to the point and Sashay Away with a shimmery concoction of Bombay Saphire, lemon, meringue foam, secret syrup, gold dust and edible paint.

All of this and much more hype before you reach full fabulousness at Gay-libi’s Glitter Bar.

No race was required for this rounds up team of queens, your Untamed Entertainment dames. Hosts of Ovolo’s launch of Gay-libi in celebration of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras 2020.
