The main doors open 2 hours before the start of each performance, and the auditorium doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled performance time. In the event that you are late and cannot get into the auditorium due to lock-out, the performance is streamed live in the foyer, so that you can still watch it and then find your seats during the next interval.
