Monster Kitchen & Bar is our in-house restaurant that wanders through the ground floor, preoccupied with local and seasonal produce prepared for sharing.

Monster Bar offers an elevated cocktail experience created with modern techniques, and flavours ever changing to highlight the season. Implementing our very own twist on the most iconic cocktails you’d only find in the best hotel bars around the world.

The lounge is part of a series of ‘nested’ spaces that use experimental materials to explore the unique beauty of the Australian landscape. The Mosaic Room houses several large-scale original artworks that you won’t want to miss. Finally, the fit out of the Salon and Dining rooms explore the diverse story of Australian immigration.
