Meet the chef.. |
What makes Monster’s Executive Chef Daniel Flatt’s tick? Much like his super cool artistic kitchen and bar Monster, there’s more to him than meets the eye. And there’s definitely more to the new menu he’s just launched at Canberra’s favourite hangout. |

Mojo Nomad Party |
A big muchas gracias to all who came to the grand opening of Mojo Nomad Central! It went off with a bang… quite literally, courtesy of a piñata resembling Donald Trump and very heavy hitting guests. An immersive experience throughout the whole hotel, guests got to tour the rooms, enter virtual reality and even get a trim from the barber. The night was an extravaganza with surprises around every corner (cue camouflaged dancers) and if the Mexican wrestlers didn’t provide a good kick, the mezcal tasting bar certainly did. Fueled on free flowing margaritas and micheladas, and the best tacos in town, our party people danced the night away.

If your memory is a little fuzzy (and we don’t blame you), here are a few snaps to remind you of the good times.
