Australia is one the most exciting wine regions in the world and our all Australian wine list not only showcases these exceptional regions, but also highlights wines by thought provoking wine makers, wines made with biodynamic and organic practices and naturally produced wines that aren’t readily available in Hong Kong.

This month’s recommendation? 2014 Grosset ‘Alea’ Off Dry Riesling from Clare Valley, South Australia. Vegan and made with organic practices, this riesling has tasting notes of lemon curd and lime zest and a silky sweet texture. Te Quiero Mucho… Making Tacos Great Again

Taco ‘bout a momentous occasion! We like to be a little tongue in cheek so we’ve created an irreverent Taco Diplomacy Trio to commemorate the second summit between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-Un taking place in Vietnam on 27th and 28th February. Cupido Rapido

Te Quiero Mucho played matchmaker this Valentine’s Day with Cupido Rapido, our first ever fun-filled speed dating event. As you get older, the nerves still kick in when meeting someone for the first time. To promise to keep participants fuelled as they search for love we had a free flow package of wine, beers, margaritas, cava, tacos, chips and salsa. We also had a few rounds of tequila shots providing a dose of liquid courage. At the end of the night, daters got to tell the TQM cupid who captured their heart, and we had prizes up for grabs throughout the evening.
