Australians! Let us all rejoice, for we are young and errrrr…scratch that. Be serious, when was the last time you proudly sung “Advance Australia Fair” on the 26th of January? When it comes to celebrating the Lucky Country’s great National Day, it’s all about having an ice-cold beer with mates at a sizzling BBQ under the hot sun.
But where the bloody hell can you do that in the concrete jungle of Hong Kong? What’s On Offer: Australian Beer and All-You-Can-Eat Sausages
Another Australian haunt in town. The Little Beer Room has got Aussie pride on full blast with a selection of beers, including Mountain Goat and Little Creatures, plus a sausage sizzle! The party is on all afternoon on the 24th of January at their shop. Tickets are just $120 for a beer and all-you-can-eat sausages. Yeeyah!

9. Chicken On the Run – Southsider Special
What’s On Offer: A Fresh-packed Meal for a Day at the Beach
If you’re looking for something a bit lazier and relaxing, head over to Hong Kong’s favourite Aussie chicken joint, Chicken On The Run! They’re offering a special package of a quarter chicken, salad or brown rice, a brownie and drink as for just $100. You can also opt for a family pack with a whole chook, corn, peas, mashed potato and gravy starting from $200.
