About the Apartments and facilities
Q: How many people can stay in a room?
A: Max occupancy is 2 people.
Q: Can I add an extra bed?
A: Only the Loft room will be able to add an extra bed, the cost is HKD380 + 10% service charge.
Q: Do you offer flexible check-in / check-out times?
A: Normal check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out at 12 noon, but we try to meet all our guest requirements. Our flexible check-in/ check-out times are subject to availability.
Q: Do you allow pets in the hotel?
A: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the hotel.
Q: Do you have baby cots and what is the cost?
A: We do have free baby cots available which are subject to availability upon check-in.
Q: What time do you serve breakfast?
A: The breakfast is served from 06:30am-11:00am every day.
Q: Do you provide detergents in the self-laundry room?
A: Please visit front desk to collect detergent. The laundry is available for use 24/7
Q: What is the room size? Do you have a kitchenette and living room area available?
A: The Snug rooms are 130-150 sq ft in size including public areas. Net the room is approximately 12-14 sqm. The Studio rooms are 180 sq ft in size including public areas. Net the room is approximately 16 sqm. The Loft rooms are 240 sq ft in size including public areas. Net the room is approximately 22 sqm. Our rooms all have the same layout and do not offer a separate living room area and kitchenette.
Q: How do I get here?

Q: How far is it to the MTR station?
A: It is a 5 -10 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR station.
Q: Are there any bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood?
A: The hotel is located in Hong Kong’s urban neighborhood. We are surrounded by espresso cafes, various restaurants, cocktail bars and eccentric street markets. We are also 15mins away fromLan Kwai Fong and Soho.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept credit card (VISA, Diners, Master, AMEX, JCB) cash and bank transfer. For non-refundable booking we require the payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full amount once the booking is made. For all flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check in.
Q: What if I wish to pay by cash?
A: For flexible bookings we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The guest can settle the deposit and rental upon check-in by cash.
Q: What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I make my booking?
A: Sorry, a debit or credit card must be provided as a guarantee for all bookings.
Q: Can I shorten the stay after check-in?
A: Yes, subject to the terms and conditions of the rate booked.
Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?
A: No, a credit card and valid photo ID MUST be produced at check-in, in the name of the guest and matching the booking.
Q: Can I book the room for a special event e.g. wedding / birthday party / photo shoot?
A: Yes. The guest is required to contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangement. Extra charges may apply.
