• Booking and Stay Period: Valid for bookings and stays up to 25 December 2025. Bookings outside the validity period will not be eligible.

• Inclusions Conditions: All inclusions are subject to availability. The complimentary upgrade is dependent on room occupancy at check-in. Dining entitlements may require advance reservation.
• Partner Discounts: Discounts for Waterbom Bali and Kupu-Kupu Blow Bar and Spa follow each partner’s operational terms and availability. Restrictions may apply during peak periods.
• Food and Beverage Discount: The 20 percent discount applies only to food items. Alcohol is excluded.
• Flexibility Benefits: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Booking Restrictions: Only bookings with a total of exactly 2 nights qualify for the special rate.
• Cancellation and Amendments: This offer is strictly non-refundable. Changes to dates, names, or room types are not permitted.
• Payment Policy: Payment may be required in full depending on the selected rate. All charges are processed in local currency.
