Mediterranean-Inspired Wine Bar Mister Percy is opening early August in the former Pyrmont Wool Store that is now The Woolstore 1888 Darling Harbour. The eclectic Wine bar and kitchen will offer Coastal Mediterranean shared style food + pinchos. Interior wise the former hotel lobby will be transformed into a classy blend of leather, cane bark, plush fabrics and Venetian-style paintings, paying homage to its history while simultaneously celebrating the contemporary.
